The Best Preschool Education Division is the early childhood education department of Best Educational Organization. It comprises three full-day kindergartens: Best Bilingual Kindergarten, Headstart Kindergarten, and Brightstar Kindergarten, all located in Zhengzhou, Henan.

The operation of Best-affiliated kindergartens complies with national laws and regulations, emphasizing scientific and professional teaching to ensure teaching quality. All teachers in these three kindergartens, regardless of nationality, are appointed by the General Administration Office of the organization. Before taking up their positions, teachers undergo rigorous training and simulations and can only teach after passing assessments and evaluations.
