Best's organizational management adopts a mandala-style structure with the General Administration Office at the core, radiating out to three major educational divisions: Preschool Education (Kindergarten), Elementary Education (Primary School), and Secondary Education (Middle School).

Best does not have any affiliated institutions. All operations within these three divisions, including teaching, catering, safety, finance, procurement, transportation, technology, visual elements, administration, human resources, international affairs, and infrastructure management, are unified under the General Administration Office.
